 Eric Cohen advises on the full range of business transactions, including: mergers and acquisitions; venture and private equity fund work; corporate governance; licensing; joint ventures; and executive compensation. Eric's clients include venture capital funds, businesses in fashion, apparel and consumer goods fields, as well as entertainment, technology and manufacturing companies. Eric was a corporate associate with a specialty in licensing at Wachtel & Maysr, LLP and a corporate associate at Kramer, Levin, Naftalis & Frankel. Eric also serves on the board of a not-for-profit dance and theatre company. Mr. Cohen graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
