Seth Kaufman has two decades of experience in the real estate industry. Mr. Kaufman represents private and institutional owners, title companies, real estate brokerage houses, office tenants and private lenders in leasing, sales and financing transactions and litigation. Mr. Kaufman's business expertise also helps him resolve complex economic issues that typically arise in pre-nuptial, divorce and child support matters. Mr. Kaufman regularly appears pro bono in Family Court proceedings and is a director of Correctional Educational Consortium, a not-for-profit organization offering educational and vocational training for at-risk populations. He has served on the Family Court Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the Family Court and Child Custody committees of the Family Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and the Family Court and Child Welfare Committee of the New York County Lawyers' Association. Mr. Kaufman graduated from the State University of New York and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He lives in New York City with his wife and two children.
